Home away from home

Beautiful loft, felt very much like a home away from home.

Place was a bit hard to find, Google Maps was not very helpful. Also, asked the host about catching the shuttle bus to the airport and was recommended a car service instead, 10 vs 45 euros.

Central, cosy, convenient.

The location of the property is second to none even though it required a short walk through old town with suitcases. It was very easy to find. Communication with the landlord was easy through WhatsApp.

The host could’ve left the air conditioning running prior to our arrival as the temperature in the apartment was very hot when we arrived and it took several hours to get to bearable temperatures. Towels could’ve been cleaner, however they were replaced but only due to us randomly seeing the cleaner on the way out. The key was a bit hard to find on the way in.

Great place!

It’s in the heart of the city walls. Close to all the sights. Location is perfect.

The windows didn’t open, it would be nice to open for fresh air and no coffee only tea was provided.

Location, air con, comfortable bed

Very small but could do with larger shower curtain and more towels for longer stays. We also could not work the tv so instructions would have been great.

pleasant but I'll pick another company to book and not Irundo next time.

the location was excellent, keep in mind apartment is on 3rd floor, tidy apartment, AC is in the living room and not the bedroom but it was sufficient.

The hosts don't budge on any of their conditions so make sure you read all the conditions mentioned.

Located in the Old Town but not the best place to stay

Location

Very noisy part of the Old Town. The area is currently under construction. Adjacent to a busy restaurant. Shower not great. Not easy to locate on arrival.

Nice central apartment but noisy location

The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. Located in the old town, it was great for easily getting about to explore.

The apartment was located right next to a restaurant and honestly it was so noisy. I woke up a lot in the nights as it sounded like they were constantly dragging furniture across the cobbles quite late at night and in the early hours of the morning.

The height. The roof is literally 2cm above your head. The apartment is fine if you are a small person otherwise you better buy a helmet.

amazing old town location, easy to access, comfortable and practical

great location, comfortable bed, spacious, has washing machine, good shower pressure, private entrance / no staff onsite. staff provided good information via wstsapp.

I booked for 6 nights / No housekeeping service or 30 euro charge for new sheets (not advised in advance on booking.com) or within room. Washing machine was excellent to keep clothes clean although a couple of ikea clothes airers or a retractable line in bathroom could have assisted with drying. There were no instructions in appartments regarding WIFI password or operation of TV etc. This could be an easy fix to make an amazing apartment even better.

Very good

The location was excellent in Old Town. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. I loved the view. The room above is not the one I stayed in - just saying..

Would be easier to give simple written directions or more photo hints rather than rely on google maps as I arrived in pouring rain and went round in circles... It's probably my fault but easily fixed by simple directions. The room was up 6 flights of stairs. Yes, I knew it was accessible by stairs but not so many... the positive was it got you fit for the rest of Dubrovnik, though I was fortunate to have only a cabin bag!

Pretty good place with few minor issues

Beautiful view from the window (2nd floor). Clean apartment and comfortable bed. Nice lighting system - multiple lamps with cosy, romantic colour. Amazing location, very close to the sea, almost no stairs.

There was a bad smell in the staircase. Electronic touch screen for the door lock for the door tended to be unresponsive - it was annoying to push it 10-20 times before it reacted. Water was often scorching hot and it was easy to scald yourself - bathroom has two stopcocks system, 1 for hot, 1 for cold water. No visible indications on them. Property doesn't have any reception or place for a luggage so on your last day you need to look elsewhere. Pretty steep stairs for the 2nd floor / not much space.

Nice stay for weekend

situated in center, close to all attractions, have everything you need for a weekend stay

no soundproofing, you hear everything your neighbors do, also boiler for hot water is not big enough for two persons

Beautiful location, good value for money

Location is perfect, view from the room was just incredible, we were really happy. A few little touches would have gone along way, we had a few mugs and plates but no washing up liquid to do the dishes, the shower tray was overflowing easily and when we asked for toilet roll we were told we had to buy it which I thought was a little poor. Bed was comfortable, room was light airy, good size just as pictures show. There was a very strong damp smell in the hall way outside our room and you could unfortunately hear everything the people above were doing but I would recommend and stay again.

Washing up liquid, toilet seat needed to be replaced and shower looks like it needs unblocking.

Stunning view and beautiful rooms!

Views were absolutely breathtaking. Rooms were gorgeous. Fantastic location. Host was quick to respond and very communicative and helpful. Host did fix and attempt to fix anything wrong with the room (lights burnt out - fixed ASAP, shower not draining - may have attempted to fix, but it still flooded next day). BTW, those that mentioned the directions being confusing, they were right. The photo and street name was slightly off for some reason. I think it's more helpful if you say it's the alley right next to/above the sushi restaurant Bota Sare Oyster & Sushi Bar. (which btw was phenomenal!) Despite the cons, I'd probably stay here again due to all the pros.

People mentioned a funky smell and I did experience that first night. Didn't notice it as much the 2nd night so it either improved or I got used to it. lol. A kind of sewage smell I experienced in Asia. Likely because of the buildings being older?My shower immediately flooded within 2 minutes of showering. Would have been an issue if it was a long term stay. Walls were also very thin, could hear everything on the street. Also figure it comes with the territory of the great location so it wasn't a deal breaker for me.
